Julie Goin

As a native of Rochester, NY, I have spent nearly 30 years enjoying life in the surrounding suburbs. After earning a BFA and MA from SUNY Brockport, my adventurous side led me to explore various parts of the country, from the East Coast to the Rocky Mountains. After years of travel, my husband, Andy, and I married in Utah in 2009 and returned to Rochester to set down roots and build our family. We now live on the east side of Rochester with our two active sons, Miles and Weston. We are deeply involved in our community, enjoy supporting local small businesses, volunteer whenever possible, love spending time outdoors, and value living close to family and friends.

I often joke that I have never had a “desk job,” as my career has always centered on working hard for clients and building relationships. I draw on that experience daily and have always considered myself an entrepreneur at heart. I love that no two days in real estate are the same, that I spend much of my time exploring the local community, and that I can problem-solve for each individual client.

I pride myself on exceptional client care and believe all business should be conducted with respect, integrity, and trust. My clients’ best interests are always my top priority, and I consistently go the extra mile to ensure they are delighted with their experience.

I have been honored with multiple individual and team-based awards, including the Young Realtors Network’s “Rookie of the Year” award in my second year of business. My team consistently ranks among the top professionals in the region by sales volume. I earned my Associate Broker’s license in 2019 and my Senior Real Estate Specialist (S.R.E.S.) designation in 2021. For the past five years, I have also served as a mentor and facilitator of educational programs within TRU Agent Real Estate Brokerage.

To provide continued value beyond the closing, I maintain ongoing relationships with my clients. From offering trusted contractor referrals to helping navigate all aspects of homeownership, I strive to serve as my clients’ long-term, personal real estate expert.
