Julie Goin was born and raised in Rochester, NY, and has spent almost 30 years living in the surrounding suburbs. After achieving and MA from SUNY Brockport in 2001, she spent some time living in various areas of the country, from the East Coast to the Rocky Mountains. She and her husband, Andy got married in 2009, and moved back to Rochester to set down some roots. Julie currently resides on the East side of the city with her husband, Andy, and two sons, Miles and Weston. They are active members in their community, enjoy spending time outdoors and with appreciate living close to family and friends.
Julie has always been an entrepreneur at heart, and owned several successful small businesses; experience from which she draws upon today. Priding herself on exceptional client care, Julie has a wide range of business expertise, and will not rest until her clients are happy. Julie approaches client care in a manner in which she believes all business being handled; with respect, with integrity, and with sincerity. The interests of her clients are her first priority, and when negotiating on behalf of her clients, Julie always goes ‘the extra mile’ to make sure her clients are delighted with her services.
Julie has experience working with a variety of clients, and because understanding her client’s needs and goals are of the utmost importance to her, she likes to meet each and every client in person at the very beginning of the transaction. Not only does Julie help clients determine their goals in buying or selling, she also refers them to a lender to get pre-approved for a mortgage, walks them through the entire buying and selling process, organizes inspections, acts as a liaison between clients, attorneys, cooperating agents, contractors, and loan officers, and makes sure the process runs as seamlessly as possible.
Julie has been honored with several awards both individually and team based. She earned the ‘Rookie of the Year’ award from the Young Realtors Network in her second year in business. She is also honored to be a part of the Platinum status her team holds for yearly sales.
In order to provide additional services, Julie likes to continuously follow up with clients after the closing of the sale. Offering referrals for contractors and other home related needs, helping clients navigate all things related to home ownership, and building relationships as her client’s personal Real Estate expert are all ways Julie is able to deliver premium client care.
