Pete began his career in real estate in 2004 and earned his Brokers License in 2007. Pete also was awarded the prestigious RE/MAX Hall of Fame award, which honors an agent who has earned over 1 million in commission during their time with RE/MAX. In 2020 Pete, along side 2 partners created a new brand and company called TRU AGENT Real estate. TRUAGENT Real Estate was created to force a movement of change focused on values and quality. Pete bought his first investment property in 2003, and since had numerous holds & rehab properties. Having this experience allows him to fully understand the investors’ point of view, since he is an investor as well and can effectively work with landlords and investors.

The first 3 years of Petes’ career was spent as a Buyer’s Agent. He earned the prestigious ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) designation in 2005, the highest designation you can receive as a buyer’s agent.

Pete specializes in helping first time home buyers, investors, and people looking to make a move from one home to another. Pete also has extensive experience with commercial real estate over the past 8 years Pete has built the Zizzi Team with partners Julie Goin and Pamela Cimini and John Bruno. Together the Zizzi Team has closed over $80 million in sales and on track to surpass $25 million per year!

Pete has a beautiful wife, two amazing boys and 2 Husky mix pups As a family they love to hike, snowboard, and travel as much as possible.

Some of his hobbies include snowboarding on the East coast, Colorado, Whistler and Utah, mountain biking, and goaltending in ice hockey. I earned my black belt in Isshin-ryu Karate in Buffalo after years of training, and currently trains out of Irondequoit Martial Arts.
